Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy
At FotoBingo, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our bingo platform was built for fun and the safety of our community, and we are committed to providing a safe environment for all users.
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
We strictly prohibit creating, uploading, sharing, or requesting content that depicts:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Nudity or sexualized depictions of minors.
- Grooming behavior or any attempt to contact minors for inappropriate purposes.
2. Monitoring and Reporting of CSAM
To ensure the safety of our community, we use a combination of tools and human oversight:
- Reporting tools: Every photo, video, and comment shared in our bingo app has a "Report" button. Users are encouraged to report suspicious or illegal content immediately.
- Blocking: Users have the ability to block any person at any time, instantly cutting off all communication and visibility.
- Review process: Our team reviews reported content as a high priority. Any content identified as CSAM is removed immediately.
3. Cooperation with Authorities
In accordance with global safety standards and legal requirements:
- Reporting to NCMEC: We report all instances of CSAM discovered on our platform to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, to local law enforcement agencies (e.g., the BKA in Germany).
- Account termination: Any user who shares, promotes, or requests CSAE content is permanently banned from our services. Their data is retained for law enforcement inquiries.
